A $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiture of the deposit will be charged for all no-shows and same-day cancellations, with no exceptions. Appointments may only be rescheduled with prior approval and must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Each appointment may be rescheduled one (1) time using the existing deposit. Any additional reschedules will require forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit must be submitted to secure a new appointment. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required. All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that I need to cancel the appointment. Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of future booking privileges.
